Wait Time
As a rule of thumb I take 1-2 weeks per commission.
This is to ensure effective feedback (via dm or email, depending) on WIP's, and a good quality end-products.
BUT estimated time of commission completion will vary depending on;
1. The commission type, and
2. It's place on my "to-do list".This will be communicated to the client and agreed upon.

Project Progression
Major changes are reserved for the beginning stage of the project.
During this time the client will recieve updates in the form of WIP's to which they can give feedback. This will determine the overall look, so be sure to be as concise as possible.The middle stage is reserved for minor alterations only.Once the commission is close to completion I am not obligated to make additional changes. This stage is for finalization.(Throughout this process the WIP image quality will be low with my watermark clearly visible.
The final product will be the appropriate resolution with the watermark less intrusive (or absent, depending on commission type). Please do not remove it.)

Transactions/Payment
The client can request to do 50% of the payment after confirmation of commission accepted, and 50% on completion if the product amounts to over 30USD.(For safety purposes the finished product will be a censored sample until the remaining 50% is deposited, after which the uncensored completed product will be sent.)Under 40USD it's full payment up front.Important communication will be done via email.
All transactions will be done through PayPall.
This is to ensure both my safety and the clients.No refunds unless;
I haven't started with the client's commission or,
The commission takes longer than agreed upon and the final product has not yet been delivered.I reserve the right to terminate a commission in progress if I see fit, in which case;
I'll be paid for the work I completed and no more,
while the client receives the work completed up to that point and no more.If the commission is for commercial use it should be presented to me as such - please note that pricing will vary.

Ownership & Copyright Policy
I retain all rights to the artworks i produce; they will be branded as such and can be added to my Portfolio.The client can request to keep the commissioned piece private and off of social networks (This does not include my Portfolio). If not I may post it on my socials.Clients that post the commisioned piece on their own social's must credit me as the artist.I hold no rights over characters not explicitly stated are my own.Additionally i give no permission to sell my artwork for profit if i did not make my agreement and concent clear - in that case it is for commercial use and the price will change.If it is determined that my work is being used with malicious intent i reserve the right to take further action.
